I’m Sharon Sloam, a Family Lawyer with over 12 years’ experience practising in Central London and across England. Throughout my career, I have advised clients on a wide range of areas, including: divorce, separation, high-value financial disputes, child arrangements, nuptial agreements, and matters involving coercive control and domestic abuse.

During that time, I worked regularly alongside a range of professionals who support individuals and families through relationship breakdown, including mediators, divorce coaches and therapists.

I saw first-hand how valuable their work is, and how much more effective it becomes when they have a clearer understanding of the legal framework around family breakdown. That insight led me to found The Training & Supervision Academy.

I am passionate about equipping non-legal professionals with practical knowledge of Family Law, not to turn them into lawyers, but to help them better guide, reassure and empower the people they work with during one of life's most challenging experiences.

I have developed a CPD-accredited training course designed specifically for this purpose, combining clear explanations of key legal principles with practical examples and case studies, making complex legal concepts accessible and directly relevant to your work with clients.
